Thomas Devedjian appointed Managing Director Corporate Strategy and Development, Diot-Siaci Group

Paris, 21/09/2023 – DIOT-SIACI Group, the French and European leader in corporate insurance brokerage, announces the appointment of Thomas Devedjian as Managing Director Corporate Strategy and Development of Diot-Siaci Group.

Effective November 1, 2023, Thomas Devedjian joins the Diot-Siaci Group and assumes responsibility for the finance, strategy, digital, M&A, legal, and facilities management functions of the Group. He succeeds Frédéric Van Roekeghem, who held this position since the merger of Diot and Siaci Saint Honoré in 2021, prior to which, for seven years, he successfully led MSH, the subsidiary dedicated to international mobility, to become global leader in its market. Van Roekeghem will accompany this transition continuing his role within the Group as Advisor to the Co-Chairmen and member of the Strategic Committee.

As part of his role within Diot-Siaci, Devedjian joins the Executive Committee chaired by Cédric Charpentier and the Group’s Strategic Committee alongside Co-Chairmen Pierre Donnersberg and Christian Burrus, as well as Vice-Chairman Hervé Houdard.

A graduate of the Sciences Po, HEC, and a licensed lawyer, Devedjian is also a former student of the ENA (Cyrano de Bergerac promotion). He currently serves as the Group CFO of Suez. Prior to joining Suez, he was Deputy CEO and CFO responsible for IT, digital, and procurement at the Eramet Group. Devedjian began his career at the Directorate General of the Treasury and subsequently served as a technical advisor in the cabinets of several Ministers of Economy, Finance, and Industry. He also held the position of Director of Investments at Eurazeo and served as Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Strategic Investment Fund (FSI, later renamed Bpifrance Investissements).

Commenting on the appointment, Cédric Charpentier, CEO of DIOT-SIACI Group, stated: “Thomas’ arrival aligns with our development ambitions, our new governance, and the evolution of our corporate functions. I am delighted to welcome him to our team and extend a warm welcome to him within the Group, along with my best wishes for success in his future endeavors. I would also like to warmly acknowledge the remarkable work carried out by Frédéric Van Roekeghem, who has left his mark on our Group, making a significant contribution to its growth.”
