Diot-Siaci strengthens its position as France’s leading retirement consulting firm through the acquisition of France Retraite and id.magna and the development of the retirement planning platform,  “Itinéraire Retraite”.

Paris, April 2, 2024, Diot-Siaci, French and European leader in insurance consulting and brokerage, has announced the acquisition of the firms France Retraite and id.magna, which will strengthen the teams of the Group’s Consulting department.

In view of the recent pension reforms, and the significant need for advice on this subject, both for corporate HR teams and their employees, developments in the retirement market are set to accelerate over the next few years.

The Diot-Siaci Group, aware of the growing need for advice from corporate HR teams, their employees, and all the players in this ecosystem, is stepping up its investments in this field.

First, with the development of a digital platform, “Itinéraire Retraite”, which aims to make retirement planning more widely available by giving everyone access to personalized advice. Its official launch is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.

But also through the acquisition of the firms France Retraite and id.magna. This deal strengthens the Group’s existing high value-added offering by significantly increasing the size of the Retirement teams working alongside our clients: 45 consultants specializing in retirement planning, forecasts, and the roll-out of educational and digital solutions tailored to individual needs.

Already a leader in this market with mid-size and large companies, the Group can now expand its capacity to offer its services to the SME/mid-cap segment and to private individuals, either directly or via partners (financial advisors, notaries, chartered accountants, etc.).

France Retraite is a pioneering and long-standing player in the retirement information market, specializing in retirement consulting. With the digital expertise of its sister company id.magna (also acquired by Diot-Siaci in the deal), they possess recognized know-how based on expertise and client satisfaction, the true DNA of their success.

Over the last 10 years, France Retraite and id.magna have developed innovative tools such as “Retraite & Co”, a secure platform for the exchange of retirement information, and have created advanced solutions that allow insurers and account holders to offer calculators and services on this topic, using customized approaches perfectly tailored to their markets.

“Our partnership is a natural fit. And what a source of pride it is to be able to offer France Retraite’s clients, partners and employees access to a broader range of consulting services which we’ll be developing and rebranding together,” said Françoise Kleinbauer, CEO of France Retraite.

“Within Diot-Siaci Consulting, id.magna will be in a position to accelerate its roll-out to institutional players and fully leverage its capacity for innovation in the support and services it offers to companies, partners, and individuals,” Benoit Meyer, Associate Director at id.magna, was pleased to report.

“With this acquisition, we are strengthening and asserting our retirement expertise and digital agility in a post-pension reform context,” said Valérie Lamaison, Director of Retirement & Investments and Deputy Director of Consulting at Diot-Siaci.

“The development of skills and pathways for experienced employees, the prevention of professional burnout and hardship, and retirement planning are major challenges for companies and business sector federations: by integrating the teams from France Retraite and id.magna into our Consulting department, we are able to offer a comprehensive, integrated range of services designed to enhance the social performance of organizations,” explained Myriam El Khomri, Director of Diot-Siaci’s Consulting and CSR Strategy department.
