GREGORY DELAISSÉ TO TAKE ON LEADERSHIP OF THE CAP-MARINE’S TEAM

Paris, July 1st, 2025 – The Diot-Siaci Group, European leader in corporate insurance consulting and brokerage, announces the appointment of Gregory Delaissé as head of the Cap-Marine team, the group’s brand dedicated to its Marine insurance activities.

Gregory Delaissé has agreed to take on the leadership and day-to-day management of the Cap-Marine team with effect from September 1st, 2025. He will succeed Bertrand Faurisson in this position who, with 40 years of experience, will continue to bring his expertise and support to clients.

Gregory started his career as assistant P&I Underwriter with The Standard Club, joined Cap-Marine for the first time in 2006, became insurance manager of a French shipping company from 2012 before becoming a Hull Underwriter in 2015. Gregory is now leaving Scor Business Solution where he was Global Head of the Marine (Hull & Cargo), Space & Fine Art division.

Gregory has a proven track record in all the functions he has assumed and will work with Pierre Deleplanque – Diot-Siaci’s Head of Marine Cargo & Specialties – and his colleagues on the further development of Cap-Marine’s business.

Specialized in Marine activities (Hull, P&I and Builders Risks), and cofounded in 1999 by Bertrand Faurisson, Cap-Marine joined the Diot-Siaci Group in 2016 and since then has become the largest Marine Insurance broker in France.
