
Diot-Siaci announces Ardian’s entry into exclusive negotiations with Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan to agree new group shareholder structure alongside the Burrus Group and the management
Paris, March 28, 2025 – The Diot-Siaci Group, a French and European leader in corporate insurance brokerage, announces that Ardian, one of the world’s leading private investment firms, has entered into exclusive negotiations with Ontario Teachers’ to acquire a significant stake in the company’s capital.
The proposed transaction would allow existing shareholder Ardian to become the Group’s main financial investor alongside the Burrus Group and management, thereby continuing to support Diot-Siaci’s growth trajectory while ensuring its independence through a stable shareholder structure.
The Group will continue to be co-chaired by Pierre Donnersberg and Christian Burrus, working closely with Cédric Charpentier, Chief Executive Officer, and the management team.
This transaction remains subject to consultation with the Group’s employee representative bodies, the signing of a definitive agreement, and approval by the relevant regulatory and competition authorities.
